Xin grew up in China with a deeply rooted passion for nature and science, a curiosity that eventually led her to study abroad and pursue a Master of Landscape Architecture at Texas A&M. Since entering the profession in 2012, she has steadily advanced to become a tenacious studio leader, bringing substantial experience in design, business development, and project management. Her portfolio spans a wide variety of project types, including resort and hospitality, office, multifamily housing, urban parks, and several award-winning master-planned communities.
With a keen focus on client relationships and confident project leadership, Xin seamlessly guides projects from initial concept through to final construction. She balances big-picture strategy with an acute attention to detail and thoughtful coordination, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, impactful designs.
Beyond her professional work, Xin is actively engaged in the DFW community, collaborating with local non-profits and academic institutions such as the University of Texas at Arlington, and contributing her time and expertise to community-driven projects and educational outreach.

Born and raised in Texas, Ches discovered his passion for art and design at an early age. His journey into landscape architecture began through his studies in architecture at Texas Tech University, ultimately leading him to a dynamic career in the field. Since 2007, he has honed his expertise at several prestigious design firms, gaining diverse perspectives on design and project management.
Ches's portfolio spans continents, encompassing projects of all types and scales. However, he takes the most pride in his contributions to the DFW area, including corporate campuses, multifamily and mixed-use developments, master-planned communities, retail centers, and community parks. While his passion for design drives him, it’s the relationships he builds—with colleagues, clients, and consultants—that bring him the greatest fulfillment. His success lies in his collaborative approach, solving challenges with creativity and delivering thoughtful, high-quality designs.
Outside of work, Ches enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son and plays golf whenever he gets the chance.
