The Trailhead is located at the intersection of Gaston Avenue and Garland Road, near Lakewood and Casa Linda, with proximity to local shopping, The Dallas Arboretum, and Lower Greenville. The mixed-use community connects directly to the Santa Fe Trail, linking residents to Downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum, and outdoor destinations including White Rock Lake, Tenison Park, and the Trinity Forest Spine Trail. The design blends Mediterranean Revival influences from nearby historic districts with modern materials and native landscaping. Amenities include a rooftop courtyard with a pool, cabanas, fire pits, and shaded lounges, while ground-level features include multi-tiered plazas, flexible lawns, bike racks, repair stations, and seating.
