Modera St. Paul
Modera St. Paul is located in Downtown Dallas near Harwood Park and the AT&T Discovery District, at the intersection of the Dallas Farmers Market, East Quarter, and Central Business District. The project is adjacent to public green spaces, and has convenient access to local public transit.

The design combines contemporary architectural forms with functional urban living. Outdoor amenities include a rooftop resort-style pool, grilling stations, firepit, TV wall, fireplace, large kitchen island, seating areas, and a cornhole lawn, all with views of the downtown skyline.
