Talia Neighborhood Parks
Within the first phase of the Talia community in Mesquite, Texas, Landprint designed two distinctive neighborhood parks that provide residents with inviting spaces to gather, play, relax, cook out, and enjoy the outdoors. Each park is thoughtfully integrated with the surrounding landscape, incorporating natural drainage features, native and adaptive plantings, and habitat-focused elements. Butterfly gardens and rain gardens add seasonal interest while supporting pollinators and enhancing the ecological value of the parks. Other elements include nature-based adventure playground for all ages, Montessori-style play for younger kids, a dog park, shade pavilions with tables and grills, and outdoor games.
