Modera Trinity
This mixed-use community is located along the levee of the Trinity River, just west of Downtown Dallas and adjacent to the Trinity Groves neighborhood. The site is situated between the two iconic Calatrava bridges, providing direct access to Trinity Overlook Park and the Skyline Trail. The project integrates the dynamic urban context with the historic river infrastructure and natural systems, using contemporary materials, layered architectural forms, and native plantings to connect the site’s heritage with modern mixed-use development.

Amenities include a rooftop courtyard with a swimming pool, grilling stations, fire pits, outdoor games, shaded seating, and flexible open spaces for social or recreational use.
